Postnatal is such a special time, it can be full o Postnatal is such a special time, it can be full of joy and also exhaustion, challenges and things that you never thought you would feel good or bad. Nothing can quite prepare you for what it is like, but you can prepare yourself to listen to your inner wisdom, your mama ( and daddy) instincts, trust you know what you are doing and if you are concerned ask people you trust and respect... Know that there is a wealth of experience waiting for you. But deep down ask yourself. These question when. Taking advice. Is it safe? , is it respectful ( to you and your baby) and does it feel right to you.
